In the clip, the woman was first seen sitting beside the baby, who was lying down on a bed, before she grabbed him by the arms and flipped him back and forth continuously.
Ignoring the cries of the infant, the woman then proceeded to grab him at the ankles and twirl his body around while he hung upside down.
She also swung the baby around like a pendulum while holding onto his left arm and leg.
After coming across the video, STOMPer maindy wrote:
"I came across this video on facebook and I was shocked.
"It appears that a woman was happily swinging around a newborn baby, treating him or her like a toy.
"Another woman was filmimg this video as a man came along to join in the 'fun'.
"They were insensitive towards the baby despite the loud cries and they seemed to enjoy playing with the baby.
"So inhumane!
"I hope everyone will share this and together, we can perhaps find out who this woman is and fight for the justice of the poor baby.
"It is unbelievable how three adults can be fooling around with a newborn baby like that.
